Cynthia A. Voelker, MD, FAAP is a 1989 graduate of the Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans. She completed her residency in pediatrics at LSU and fellowship in neonatology at LSU and Tulane Medical Center. Dr. Voelker is board certified in pediatrics and sub-board certified in neonatal-perinatal medicine. She serves as the Chief of Neonatology at Lane Regional Medical Center.
