Dr. Deppen obtained his medical degree from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his internship and General Surgery residency at Metropolitan Hospital in Grand Rapids, MI. He is Board Certified in General Surgery and has been practicing in the Lansing area since 2005. Dr. Deppen is Chairman of the Department of Surgery at McLaren Greater Lansing Hospital. He and his wife Kristin have three children.
