Dr. Schwab graduated cum laude from the College of the Holy Cross in 1994 and the University of Massachusetts Medical School in 1998.
She serves as the Chair of the Connecticut Children’s Care Network, an organization of over 200 pediatricians in Connecticut which focuses on improving the quality and affordability of healthcare for children and their families. She is also the Division Chief of Community Pediatrics at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine. She enjoys sharing her medical knowledge with students and residents and serves as a mentor for many of them. You may even encounter students shadowing Dr. Schwab during your time in our office.
She and her husband Jim, have three children. Dr. Schwab enjoys reading, exercising and embracing new opportunities. Every summer you will find her volunteering her time at the Hole in the Wall Gang Camp in CT which provides a camp experience for seriously ill children and their families.
