Steven C. Kimmel, MD, FACP, FACR, CCTI, is board certified in rheumatology and internal medicine. He is proud to provide top quality care to patients in Tamarac, Florida, at West Broward Rheumatology Associates.
Dr. Kimmel completed his rheumatology fellowship at New York University Hospital Center in New York, New York. He completed both his residency and internship in internal medicine at Albert Einstein College of Medicine Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx, New York.
Dr. Kimmel is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians, a Fellow of the American College of Rheumatology, a member of the Florida Society of Rheumatology. In 2004, he received his certification from the Association of Clinical Research Professionals as a Certified Clinical Research Investigator.
In addition to his work at West Broward Rheumatology Associates, Dr. Kimmel is a Clinical Associate Professor of Medicine at Nova Southeastern University, College of Osteopathic Medicine. He teaches the Rheumatology section of the second-year Musculoskeletal Medicine course.
