Osamu F. Kaneko, MD is a Connecticut native who specializes in Neuroradiology.
Dr. Kaneko received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology at Harvard College. He then earned his medical degree at The David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. Dr. Kaneko also spent 1 year during medical school conducting oncology research at the NIH through the Howard Hughes Medical Institute Research Fellows Program. Following medical school, he completed his internship at Kaiser Permanente San Francisco, followed by his Diagnostic Radiology residency at Stanford, where he was Chief Resident. Dr. Kaneko continued at Stanford and completed a Neuroradiology fellowship. He practiced in the Kaiser Permanente system before joining RAM.
Dr. Kaneko is a member of the American Society of Neuroradiology, American College of Radiology, and the Radiological Society of North America. In his spare time, Dr. Kaneko enjoys fishing, paddleboarding, nature walks and spending time with his family.
